Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Terms

The following cancellation terms apply to purchases made through OnYourFit:

• Cancellation requests are accepted before the service or product is delivered to the BUYER.
• You can submit your cancellation requests to us within 24 hours of your purchase via info@onyourfit.co or +90(533) 097 53 57.
• In case of cancellation, a refund will be issued depending on your payment method. Bank processing times should be taken into account.

2. Return Conditions

Your return requests are accepted if they meet the following conditions:

• The purchased digital content or service must not have been used.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging (for physical products).
• You must submit your return requests within 14 days of delivery via info@onyourfit.co or +90(533) 097 53 57.

3. Return Process

1. After your return request is approved, you can return your product to ORTAKÖY MAH. AMBARLIDERE YOLU SK. You must send it to the following address: LOTUS WORLD NO: 6 INNER DOOR NO: 5 BEŞİKTAŞ/İSTANBUL. "If the seller has specified a contracted shipping company for the return of goods in case of cancellation in the pre-information, the consumer cannot be held responsible for the return costs if the goods are returned through this shipping company.
   If the seller has not specified any carrier for returns in the pre-information, no fee can be demanded from the consumer for return costs. If the shipping company specified in the pre-information for returns does not have a branch in the consumer's location, the seller is obliged to ensure that the goods to be returned are collected from the consumer without demanding any additional costs."
   Supreme Court 13th Civil Chamber, E.2017/8022 K.2018/3513 T.5.3.2018: Found it unlawful to demand shipping fees from the consumer who exercised their right of cancellation.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason, in accordance with distance sales contracts. The right of withdrawal is not valid for the following situations:

• Products or services personalized according to the BUYER's request.
• Situations where the performance of digital content begins immediately.
