2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of digital exercise programs ordered by the BUYER from the OnYourFit website (www.onyourfit.co) belonging to the SELLER via electronic means.

4. GENERAL TERMS

1. The BUYER declares that they have read and are aware of all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the products/services subject to the contract, the sales price and payment method, and delivery, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
2. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the digital products subject to the contract to the BUYER completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
3. The BUYER accepts that they do not have the right to withdraw from the contract for the digital content they have purchased from the moment of delivery.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The BUYER acknowledges that, in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for exercise programs that are digital content.
2. The BUYER declares that the digital product is deemed to have been delivered to him/her when the purchase process is completed and that he/she cannot request any return or refund after this stage.

6. DELIVERY

1. Delivery of digital products is provided to the e-mail address or designated access channel specified by the BUYER after the order is confirmed.
2. The SELLER cannot be held responsible if the digital product cannot be delivered due to the BUYER providing incorrect or incomplete information.

7. REFUND GUARANTEE

1. The SELLER does not issue any refunds due to the nature of the digital content purchased by the BUYER as services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are authorized.

9. EFFECTIVE DATE

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when confirming the order.
