The subject of this Preliminary Information Form is to inform the BUYER, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the digital product/service, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the website www.onyourfit.co belonging to the SELLER.

The type, quantity, brand/model, number of units, sales price, payment method, and basic characteristics of the goods/services at the time of order completion are as follows:
4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
The product/service in question is digital content. Delivery is provided immediately via the access link sent to the email address provided by the BUYER or through the user panel after the order is confirmed and the payment process is completed. No physical cargo will be shipped.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
5.1. The BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts; for "services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" (digital content, software, video programs, etc.).
5.2. Special Return/Cancellation Condition: Due to the nature of this service; the User, by completing the payment process, accepts, declares and undertakes in advance that the program is a definitive purchase and that no return or cancellation can be made after this transaction. Refunds are not possible after the purchased digital content has been delivered (made accessible).
6. HEALTH AND RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT
6.1. The purchased programs include physical activity and exercise. Purchasing the program means that the user accepts that their own health condition is suitable for exercising.
6.2. Any injury, health problem, or other risks that may arise during or after exercise are entirely the responsibility of the user; OnYourFit cannot be held responsible for these risks. The user is obliged to observe their own physical limits while implementing this program.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data belonging to the BUYER, such as Name, Surname, E-mail, Telephone and Payment Information, are processed within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 for the purpose of providing the service, carrying out payment transactions and fulfilling legal obligations. 8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In case of disputes arising from the application of this pre-information form, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the conditions stated in this Pre-Information Form electronically.
