Full Body - Program 4 - OnYourFit
The Full Body Program is designed to help individuals of all levels achieve their best body shape within the specified timeframe. Whether you're new to sports or have a regular training experience, the program's progressive structure allows everyone to participate safely.
 
You can follow the program anytime, anywhere with an internet connection. All content is organized in a clear, understandable, and easy-to-follow format. Your nutrition plan will be prepared by our expert dietitians.
 
You can easily reach our trainer through the Ask Sudeye tab between 10:00 and 19:00 daily and ask any questions you may have.
Our videos are designed to be effective and sustainable, with a duration of 45-60 minutes.
The program includes a total of 3 videos:
  • Video 1: 5 days of practice + 2 days of rest
  • Video 2: Video: 6 days of practice + 1 day of rest
  • Video 3: 7 days of full practice
At the end of this process, you'll have completed the program. You'll be granted 21 days + 10 days of access to the program; it's important to complete the content within the specified timeframe.
